BOOK SIGNING
To mark the opening of our new Retail Outlet, the Rev. Alan Cliff, author of the award winning 'Jack the Station Cat' books, undertook a book signing session for us at KSE on Saturday 22nd November 2008 (10.30 - 12.30). 'Jack' himself was also present and a record number of 'Jack' books were sold during the session. Further details about 'Jack' and his friends can be found on their website.
At the end of this page, there is an album of photographs showing the work undertaken on the new shop. This has been made possible by a grant from Cumbria County Council's 'Community Regeneration Fund' and a lot of hard work by our volunteers and Contractors.
